Hi,
One of our customers have newly installed Cisco Room Kit PRO codec with three Cisco Ceiling Microphones in their training room. During video calls, remote participants complain that they are not able to hear properly the speakers near to 2 of the ceiling mics and the audio is fine from the 3rd ceiling mic.
Can anyone advise on the troubleshooting steps to be taken for this 2 mics issue? What mic settings need to be adjusted in the Room Kit PRO admin page as a troubleshooting step?

Does it have Touch 10 display for this codec? Have you tried running the microphone test using the touch 10 diagnostics to see if the mics picks up any audio using the audio level meter?
