Cisco CMS dialing Rules for direct inward dialing

Hi All,

 

Is there any specific requirement for the TMS & CMS deployment for the DID numbers 

 

Any design criteria we need to take for the CMS deployment in terms of Direct calling to space 

 

 

We had Cisco CWMS ,now we moving the CMS ,There we had DID single number ,Now in CMS we will have 25 PMP and 2 SMP licenses ,TMS license as well

Anyone can suggest me about the best practice for this deployment

CMS has no requirements for DIDs, you can set it up that way if you want, or you can use the IVR from CMS.
