Cisco CMS recorder change resolution or file format option possible or not?
We have a CMS 2.2.10 with recorder enabled but the user asked us if its possible to change the resolution of the recording (lower) to generate a smaller mp4 file. I have read documentation but never found information about changing this, I think is not possible but could you help me to confirm this?
A workaround option is to implement a software app in the windows server where the files are stored but want to confirm if there is another native way to do it.
