Cisco Collaboration integration with Polycom

Hello!

At this moment in my company I have separated videoconference network on Polycom equipments/software (DMA 7000, RMX 4000) and

separated IP Telephony network on Cisco equipments/software (Cisco UCM 9.1.2).

I want to integrate this two separeted network and use for this purpose Cisco VCS Expressway Core Server.

From Cisco UCM I configure SIP trunk to VCS, on VCS create Zone to CUCM.

From DMA I configure two separate trunk - H.323 and SIP.

When I test calls I have following problems.

1) DMA (sip) <-> VCS <-> (sip)  CUCM: doesn't work presentation sharing (BFCP protocol), all other options work fine.

2) DMA (h.323) <-> VCS <-> (sip): doesn't work DTMF signal, when I call from Cisco IP Device to Polycom VMR conferencing.

I need help to resolve these problems.

Hi,

Register a device to the VCS and try the content sharing there to see which SIP side is having the issue.

I would stick with SIP only end to end, check on the call manager side the VCS Trunk settings that the SIP Profile has BFCP enabled.
