I have recently deployed Cisco Conductor XC4.0 to integrate with CUCM version 10.5.1. I have deployed the Conductor as per the CUCM and XC4.0 design guide, the certificates have been added, all SIP trunks are Registered. Everything looks to be OK, apart from calls are never fully established and drop within the 1st couple of seconds, with the following error:
|Disconnect reason details||B2BUA disconnected call on the Ingress saying "Missing content in ACK"|
Call Connected (briefly on Conductor)

After the call is set-up, the Event Log has the following:
Has anyone had the mesage "Missing content in ACK" received before in Conductor?

Hello, any resolution for this? I'm having the same issue.
I fixed my issue by adding the correct FQDN under the "X.509 Subject Name" field in the SIP Trunk Security Profile used by the ad-hoc SIP trunk.
Try putting the "SIP Max Incoming Message Size" to 11000
this is under service parameter>>>>Call Manager >>>>SIP Max Incoming Message Size
