CIsco DX70 Phone Drops Connection to Confrence Bridge

I have four users with DX70 phones. Three of them are working just fine, but one of them is dropping calls into our conference bridge every 15 minutes. I have updated the sip profile on the phone but still no luck. Has anyone else came across this?  All internal and external calls work just calls to conference bridge. The bridge works fine for everyone else

Are all the users on the same site, or is the one that is having issues located somwhere else?... a 15 minute drop can often indicate an expiring timer on a firewall or something similar if that's the difference between the one that doesn't work and those that do.
