In a post half a page down from where you have posted this question, there is another thread, CISCO D9034 ENCODER, where similar VII and EDH errors were mentioned. In the other thread, these were fixed by repairs to the power hardware within the device. If yours is doing similar, then it's likely faulty hardware which you can fix via RMAing the device through Cisco (assuming you have an active Service Contract), or finding an out-of-warranty repair company that would be able to fix it for you.
