Cisco Jabber Video for telepresence not connecting

Dear Experts,

I am facing issue with connecting Cisco jabber client. I am not able to login.

I created the account in VCS server for a user and tried to login with same, but unable to login.

Created User in VCSE Server

Created Local Authentication

Please check attached snapshots.

What is the current firmware version of your VCS-E Startepack?

Are you registering the client through internet or internal network?

Try testing the registration first on the intenal network. Does it work?

Are you utilizing the dual NIC of the VCS?

How's your default zone authentication configured?

Set the Authentication policy to "Check credentials".

Make sure all the procedures in deploying Jabber Video are followed as per Cisco VCS Expressway Starter Pack deployment guide (attached link).

I checked the configuration guide provided by you. All the configuration seems to be good in my case.

I have logged a call with Cisco TAC. Will update the discussion with the solution once resolved by Cisco TAC
