Cisco Meeting App - Microphone error when not connecting a camera

Good Morning,

we are having some troubles while using CMA since if we connect to a videoconference room without any camera connected to our devices, microphone doesn't work properly and starts a loop - it disconnects and connects repeatedly. The "Join Meeting" button switches from blue - available - to gray - unavailable.

We have tried in different devices, laptops and desktop PCs, and all of them have the same error if we disconnect the webcam at hardware level, if we only deactivate it, it works properly.

Any ideas of why is this happening?

Thank you.
