Cisco Meeting Server 2.8 - Skype for Business 2019 call flow not happening

Hi,

I have deployed Cisco Meeting Server 2.8 and Skype for Business 2019 in my environment and tried to call from Cisco Meeting client 1.11.17.0 to Skype for Business 2016 client and also tried from Skype for Business 2016 client to Cisco Meeting client 1.11.17.0 to Skype for Business 2016 but the call flow did not happen.

In Skype for Business 2019 Management shell

Added the trusted application, application pool, and static route for the meetingserver.

Kindly help us to solve the issue

have you configured any settings on the CMS for this scenario?

have you looked on the cms's trace log for this specific call?
