Our company just installed the Cisco CMS and to my knowledge its 3 virtual machines that reside on Cisco single server. The problem is when endpoints dial into meetings using H.323 and SIP, I get kicked out of the conference space and so does everyone else and when I login to the Cisco Meeting app it still sees those users as active participants even though they got kicked out. When everyone starts to come back flooding in I get 2 duplicate endpoints of everyone and the same thing happens minutes later.
What's happening? We also use the cisco VCS to register our SIP and H.323 endpoints on our network. It happens during important meetings and its a major issue for operators and end users that are getting frustrated at the fact that the conference space cant keep all the users on the network.
Our Cisco MCU never had this problem.
