Cisco Meeting Server connect to Skype for Business Online (Office 365)

Can someone point me in the direction of documentation for connecting Cisco Meeting Server on-premise to Skype for Business Online / Office 365? We are currently in SfB Hybrid configuration and the CMS integration is still working, however we will be cutting over to pure SfB online in the near future.

That is somewhat helpful, however I was looking more for instructions on what settings need to be changed in CMS when moving from on-premise SfB to O365.

For example, the "Lync Edge" setting under Configuration - General.
