Cisco Meeting Server Issues with expired password

Hi Guys,

I have one CMS version 2.3.10 and some days ago I had issues with expired password. I changed the password.

I saw in documentation that password expires after 6 months but I can customize.

I tried to change with the command:

user rule password_age XXXX

It's not working. I keep seeing that the password expires in 6 months with the command:

user info
user list

Do you know how to solve this issue?

Solved issue.

First, you need change time to expire with command

user rule password_age XXXX

After you change password where you can force it with command

user expire <user>

In the next login the time expire will change.
