Cisco meeting server - schedule from outlook

Hi Guys,

Is thare any way that i can schedule CMS rendezvous conference from the outlook? I read few documents related to TMS And TMS XE but couldnt figure it out. Noticed that it can be done if we have either WebEx cloud or TP meeting room endpoints.

but how do we configure a virtual conference room in XE. Also seen thirdparty connector to achieve this.

i also found TMS configuration for scheduling and CMM for conference management. But is there any way that users can schedule a Cisco Meeting Server conference from out look? All the users are using JAbber for windows.

TMS and TMSXE can be used, utilizing the scheduling mailbox feature within TMSXE to add dial-in participants to the TMS meeting hosted on CMS.
