When you are using CMS as a S4B gateway, think of each call as a two port conference, that's basically what it is. Each "conference" has two connections, one back to the endpoint, and one to the S4B meeting. So for example - if you have a solution that will support 50 calls on the bridge, consider that as 25 gateway calls for calculation purposes. Make sense?
