Cisco Room Kit Mini Startup Wizard

Ok using the Cisco Room Kit Mini as a VTC device, yet out of the box the  "WebcamOnlyMode" is turned "On" by default. So when I power up the Touch 10,  I do not get the startup wizard. I get trying "Connect to room device". with the spinning donut at the bottom.  According to this Cisco Community and TAC all I need to do is use my laptop connect directly to the codec web interface and change "WebcamOnlyMode"   OFF.   I rebooted and still I get "Connect to room device"  

There has to be something else?

The "Connect to room device" screen usually means the Touch controller cannot talk to the codec properly.   Check that the network cable between the two is correctly connected - or replace with a new one in case it is damaged.
