Cisco Room Kit Mini with VCS - Touch 10 Status

Hi,

The Room Kit Mini is successfully registered to Cisco VCS and is able to make calls over WEBGUI. However the Touch 10 is stuck in the welcome page (screenshot attached) as if not registered. Same status after restart/factory reset.

 

Any insights on the cause of this issue and how to pass this Welcome page ?

Click the Start setup wizard, then choose other services, then activate later

from the web GUI, go to configuration, search on Wizard, and turn off the startup wizard. That should do it.

Either run this API command:

xConfiguration UserInterface WebCamOnlyMode: Off

 

Or upgrade to the latest CE9.7 and it should resolve the issue.

Navigate to Settings->configuration

Webcam Mode: OFF (By default AUTO selected)
