When not in a conference call and sending a presentation, after a while the presentation stops and the system displays the normal SX20 screen.
The standby mode has been disabled on the SX 20.
Any ideas please?

What software version are you running on your SX20?
There was a change with TC7.0.0 where the presentation source is stopped if the source is disconnected or the PC/Laptop goes in to standby.
Some of this behaviour you can change by setting the "Video OSD AutoSelectPresentationSource" to Off.
But from experience, these issues are usually caused by the device that is sending the presentation, or a loose cable connecting it to the endpoint.
