Cisco TelePresence 1300 65 Support Services

  Hi, there. We would like to know if we can sign a support contract with Cisco, or an authorized service partner, to get support for a Cisco TelePresence System 1300 65 (ID CTS-1300-65) in Madrid, Spain. If yes, please provide who should we contact. If no, any known alternative? Thanks in advance.

Unless you recently had an active support contract for the CTS 1300 that you can renew, you can't get a new contract as its already past the date to obtain new support contracts for this device since its in process of being end-of-sale/life. If you do have a recent support contract you can renew, you can do so through one of many Cisco Partners or Resellers. Here is the CTS 1300 EOS/EOL announcement for more information, end_of_life_notice_c51-720253.
