Hello,
I have a Cisco TelePresence Codec C40:
- Software Version: TC6.3.0.3d8e7d1
- HARDWARE SERIAL: B1AV50D00142 .
I buy it in an State auction. Before using, I just reset everything's. Just after resetting the Cisco-CTS-CTRL-DVC8-TelePresence-Touch-8-inch lost the connection, i can not connect with the codec. I try to reset the admin password but i don't have it.
Can some one help me to recover the default password please ? Help

If you did a factory reset, the admin password is blank (nothing).
If it has a password you will need to use a serial cable to factory reset the device. See this forums thread - the instructions are there.

It's not clear which device you factory reset, the C40, or the Touch8.
In any case, you will need to make sure you have it all connected correctly - I'd recommend as a first option to use "Option B" as shown on Page 133 of the Admin Guide.
Once you get it up and running, I'd strongly suggest you get a software update for it as TC6.3 is very old and subject to numerous Security Vulnerabilities. The latest software version for it is TC7.3.16.
