Cisco Telepresence Content Server (TCS) ogg file missing

Hello guys,

 

On a TCS 5.3 some calls while there are recorded (and show as recording) when they end, they disappear from the recordings on the gui.

 

But the .ogg file is still there under \data\rtpdumps.

 

Is there a way to upload the recording back up to the TCS ? I guess we cannot play it back since it is encrypted so our only coice would be to upload it to the server.

I don't think there is any easy way through any of the usual interfaces to get these "lost" recordings back in to the TCS.  I'd suggest you log a call with the TAC to see if their TCS Gurus are able to suggest anything (such as a hack to the SQL database).

S5.3 is also extremely old, so I would suggest you consider an upgrade to a recent and more supportable version.  S7.2.1 is the latest release.
