Hi Fara,

What is the issue you are facing while recording a conference?

The process is simple as you have to just add Content Server as a participant in your conference. and then use the playback alias to playback the recording.

Thanks,

Saurabh

Hi,

This isn't very well documented (yet!), but the process is relatively simple:

  1. Set up recording aliases on the TCS
  2. Add the TCS to TMS
  3. When scheduling new conferences on TMS, select a recording alias from the "Recording" drop-down:

Note that the "Personal recording alias owner" field in the TCS recording alias must match the currently logged in user in TMS (and we don't support group ownership of aliases). Also note that TMS only supports H.323 for the Content Server - you cannot make other endpoints call it on SIP.

Kjetil

This is actually covered in the Cisco Telpresence Content Server Admin and User doc:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/telepresence/tcs/5_3/administration/guide/tms.html

See the section called Using Cisco TMS with the Content Server.
