How to retrieve the serial number of all my endpoints (400 endpoints) registered to the CUCM ?

Serial Grabber will retrieve your serial numbers.  You can download Serialgrabber from http://download.cnet.com/Serial-Grabber/3000-2084_4-10805763.html

 Enter the ip range of your ip phones and search.  It will retrieve several parameters other than serial numbers(switch name, switch port,....

I was wondering too if there was anyway to view Serial Numbers of Telepresence devices in CUCM

We use python script to look at <IPaddress/status.xml> page and pull relevant data and dump into a SQL database that way we can run it anytime or on intervals.
