Cisco Telepresence SX20 - Relationship ports Firewall Rule

Hi,

We are installing the SX20 in our company, and we are having problems with making calls and authentication equipment.

I had difficulties in obtaining documentation to list of ports to be included in the firewall, getting the list below but do not know if it is correct, or if you need to add some more.

TCP: 1720, 5555-6555

UDP: 2326 - 2487

I need the list of ports that the SX20 uses to connect both TMS (provisioning, remote management) and the VCS-E.

Hi

For TMS management its port 80/443 (HTTP/HTTPS). The same goes for the phonebooks. If you are using the TMS configuration templates for provisioning then these are pushed to the endpoint over HTTP/HTTPS.

SNMP is used for fast discovery but this is not necessary, since after the discover it switches to HTTP/HTTPS.

1719 : udp is used for registration for VCS.
