Currently installed version is quite old. SX20 can be upgraded to 3 different software tracks :
TC 7.x ; CE 8.x and CE 9.x.
Depending upon software version and compatibility of other infrastructure ( like CUCM/ VCS/ TMS); you can upgrade to latest version of the Endpoint Software. There are different features and UI on TC vs CE platforms. You can check the release notes :

In case if you want to stay on TC; then TC 7.3.13 is latest software that you should upgrade to.
NOTE : To upgrade to TC 7.x (and beyond :CE 8.x / CE 9.x), you would need to install valid release for TC 7 on the endpoint.
