Hello,

How can I configure my sx20 automatically turn off the microphone when I call into the conference and manually turn it on when I want to say something?

It's not possible to automatically mute the microphone when you dial into a conference, or unmute when you start speaking, you'll need to mute/unmute manually. The only option that comes close to what you're asking is Conference AutoAnswer Mute, which will mute the microphone when an incoming call is auto answered.
