Hello All,
After scheduling a recurring (around 40 recurrences) meeting via Outlook, TMS prompts an error in the e-mail staing that "The Cisco TMS was unable to schedule the necessary resources for 40 appointments".
Suggested action: Reschedule conference series or notify administrator.
"Your conference has been scheduled with the telepresence rooms listed below. All participants must dial in to the conference manually because no routing has been set up."
Just a short info: The End User and the their Devices DX80 (for Example) have the same URL abc@xyz.com
Also, what we see is when a user books even his personal appointments(Doctor's appointment, Hair Dresser appointment etc..) in the Outlook, the DX80 resource is getting booked in TMS for these appointments. Is there a possibility to differentiate between the Personal (non-voice) appointments and the (Voice) TMS scheduled conferences.
What needs to be checked? AD objects?
Would be great if someone can share any feedback.
Cheers

What else is in the TMS deployment in regards to syncing meetings with Exchange?

There is a TMSXE. Video Endpoints are registered to CUCM.

If the end user is creating a meeting in their personal calendar in Outlook, and a TMS meeting is being created, it sounds like TMSXE is configured to connect to the end user's mailbox. Such a configuration is not correct. Room mailboxes are to be used for TP device scheduling.
