I have recently upgraded our TMS ver from TMS 15.6 to 15.9 and TMSXE plugin to 5.9. One thing I am noticing which may have existed even before the upgrade is that on the Outlook365 the Telepresence Room is available for Booking however there is an old recurring booking present in the TMS. so when I book the Room through Outlook, the room booking gets accepted but I get a rejection from TMS for making the Telepresence device available for that meeting. If it was just one meeting then I would have deleted that through TMS but I am afraid this could be many meetings in many other rooms.
To test TMSXE function, I booked a meeting for available slot through Outlook (I confirmed through TMS that there were no bookings in TMS for that timeframe either) and once confirmed I was able to see it in both Outlook and TMS and also got confirmation for availability of Telepresence device use. Then I deleted that meeting from Outlook and the meeting also got deleted from TMS database as well. So the TMS functionality is looking Ok.
I am not sure how I can synchronize the Outlook calendar totally with the TMS database as it seems the meetings that were booked in TMS but not existing on Outlook were in fact not a "Real" meeting and no participants joined that meeting. My apologies for making that question too long to describe, I am a beginner with Collaboration technologies. Thank you
