Cisco VCS-E 7.x Security concerns

Hi

I'm looking for answers to the following security concerns when VCS-E is deployed with VCS-C for BU2B calls

    What controls do we currently have in place to stop a third party eavesdrop in our teleconferences (e.g. protections for bruteforcing the PIN) ?

·         PIN lockouts – we need to confirm that IPs lockout after a number of unsuccessful PIN login attempts ?

·         Can we disabled the ability to join the tele session silently i.e. would the participants always be notified if 3^rd party joins a conference ?

·         Management services – provided that it is technically possible management services need to be bound to the back interface only
