Can the Cisco Webex Room Kit Plus register to a 3rd party PBX like asterisk or Broadworks?  Or does it need Expressway series as middle man or something?

Thanks

Hello,

As per the data sheet it can register with standards-based SIP proxies

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/spark-room-kit-series/datasheet-c78-738752.html

Call control

●  Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
◦   Native registration CUCM
◦   Requires CUCM Version 10.5.2 or later with device pack Room Kit Plus
●  Cisco Expressway
◦   Native registration with Expressway
●  Cisco Webex
●  Third-party H.323 Gatekeepers and standards-based SIP proxies

So you can give a try to see if it works.

Thanks
