CMR Hybrid : Configuring WebEx Users in Cisco TMS

Hi all,

I'm using TMS version 14.6. I'm trying to configure CMR Hybrid user in TMS. When i enter Webex username & password then i click Save, it shows error message : "Cannot connect to the WebEx site". I'm sure that webex site,webex username, and webex password is correct cause i can login using web browser to webex site URL.

Does anybody have any idea?

Has your WebEx site been provisioned to support CMR Hyrbid?

CMR Hyrbid requires a Cisco partner to perform the installation, this is outlined in the "Ordering and Deploying CMR Hybrid" section of the CMR Hyrbid Release Notes for TMS 14.6.
