CMR Lobby Guest hearing MoH

Hello,

We have Deployed CMR for our customer using Unified CM 10.5(2), TMS 4.6 ,TMSPE1.4,XC 3.0 and TS 4.1. Customer request is that when guest users dial in CMR ,enter their guest pin before chairman join (Host) and become in guest lobby, they need to hear MoH as some users get confused due to hearing a dead air.

How this can be achieved as currently users join in advance cannot hear anything but dead air?

I'm not at all familiar with CUCM and MOH, but CMR Premises is hosted on your on-premises TelePresence Server. So in order to get MOH into the TPS lobby, it would have to be built into the TPS, or somehow brought in through CUCM if at all possible.

If you cannot find a solution, suggest you contact your Cisco Account Manager, and see if they can suggest a solution and if not, have them open a feature request to have it added.
