CMS 1000 adhoc and Randevouz maximum participants

Hi

We are implementing CMS 1000

We found in adhoc, we can add maximum 4 participants on a video call, then we can't find add softkey to add more participants

While we can have many users can dial into the VC bridge in Randevouz conference

Is this normal that adhoc can't add more than 4 participants ?

We are using CUCM 11.5, CMS 1000, SX20, Webex Desk PRO

adhoc is configured in CUCM service parameters, just as a regular voice only conference.
