CMS 1000 rendezvous call no video

Hi Everybody, 

By following the guide (section 3: Setting up scheduled and rendezvous calls)

CUCM 11.5
CMS1000 2.2.5
SX20 ce 8.3.2
mx800 ce 8.3.2
Cisco TelePresence DX70 ce 8.3.2


The endpoints are all updated to ce 8.3.2
I created the rendezvous call with non-secure SIP trunk, with number based routing. (i.e. Route pattern)

Problem

When dial to 440100 (CMS1000), voice conference is fine. However, there is no video come up

Anybody could help ?

can you check in the logs whether the SDP negiotations for the Video is happening or not?

also check the CMS logs for more details or please share the CMS logs.

Thanks for the reply, just tried to remove the MTP required on sip trunk, then the call is fine now
