CMS and LDAP problem

Hi all,

I have system with 6 CMS server. When i login to webRTC or CMA, have error: "username/password incorrect".

I sync LDAP successful, xmpp, check SRV is ok

I check webGUI have error as attach file.

Any one have an idea?

Hello,

I don't see "ldap sync operation complete" in your log messages .

Check LDAP connections first.

i'm sure that LDAP sync ok, user synced to CMS.

CMS and LDAP server is in the same subnet so i think don't have any problem about connection.

Before that, when i configure priority and weight of SRV record similar with all CMS, i can login normally.

But after i change priority and weight of SRV record to other values, it happend problem.

Do you have any idea?
