Hi all,
I'm trying to setup dual-homed conferences, so I've configured Lync Edge address and registrations on CMS and Dial-in Number Access on Lync Server.
I can successfully join CMS spaces from SfB/Lync, but when I try to join SfB meeting from my SX10, I receive an error on CMS:
lync mras conference resolution failed -- no Lync dial plan rule for pool URI sip:LyncPool.example.com@example.com;gruu;opaque=srvr:HomeServer:NtR_NW-fSF-CLjp-2QIPeQ
On Lync Server there's a Global Dial plan with normalization rule and region.
Did I miss something?
Should I configure corresponding Dial plan on CMS?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Did you solve this issue? I am facing the same here.
But the problem only occurs when calling a Skype Mobile.
Thanks,
Bruno

This is about CMS dial rule. I believe you have multidomain Lync environment.
The Outbound calls in CMS for Lync is for example:
yourdomain.com
You are getting
lync mras conference resolution failed -- no Lync dial plan rule for pool URI sip:LyncPool.example.com@example.com;gruu;opaque=srvr:HomeServer:NtR_NW-fSF-CLjp-2QIPeQ
Just add in CMS additional domain for Lync, that is:
example.com

Hello Peter,
I have the same problem too:
lync mras conference resolution failed -- no Lync dial plan rule for pool URI sip:sfb.company.com@company.com;gruu;opaque=srvr:HomeServer:q89csWOLUM1CG6AvmAm99oUT
Where exactly should I add the an additional Lync domain (company.com) in CMS?
Thanks you very much,
Regards,
Neo
