Hello,

We are running Cisco Meeting Server v2.1.7 and CUCM 11.x. We are able to share desktop in cms meeting app although unable to control the desktop. I am new to CMS, is this feature available with CMS.

Your advice is really appreciated.

No, there's only screen share, no remote control.

You can submit a PER with your SE/AM so this is considered for a future release.
