How can I achieve both of these scenarios simultaneously using Cisco CMS?
- DTMF Tones using DTMF profiles configured via the API for Layout change, start-stop recording, etc.
- Sending DTMF to external Audio/Video bridges/PBX's/IVRs e.g inputting Extensions, Inputing Bluejeans/ WebEx meeting IDs etc.
I guess it can be possible if DTMF profile is attached to specific outgoing Trunk? but does CMS support that?
