CMS Host & Guest Access Methods

Hi,

Looking for some assistance setting access methods so the Host enters a PIN and guests do not require a PIN (wait in lobby until host joins)

If you just click on copy the weblink, and have a passcode configured, it should be already included in the URL you provide them, and they just need to enter their name. Is that not working for you?

That works but would like guests not to require a PIN (only hosts) to commence the conference. Current default is general PIN for all participants.

If a passcode is set, there isn't a way to bypass it, unless you use the generated weblink provided in the Meeting App and guest access is set to secure mode. The weblink contains a secret that allows the guest to bypass the passcode.
