Hi I have a feature enhancement (CSCvq45063) on this and wondering if anybody also has this issue.
We are rolling out Jabber 12.7.1 and run CMS 2.5.4. We want to allow users the ability to mute others but not unmute. It seems there is one setting for both controls. The worry is users can unmute somebody without them being aware. The behavior in meeting room devices is much better i.e unmute command produces an onscreen prompt to unmute rather than doing it.
Has anybody dealt with this requirement?
