CMS JOIN MEETING ISSUE

RUNNING CMS 2.6.1

From my PC on Chrome I can select Join Meeting 

I enter the conference ID (No passcode) 

Enter my name and select Join Meeting 

Get "Username or password you entered is incorrect " 

Any Idea whats causing that ??

Hello

Best to troubelshoot is to start "syslog follow" on the CLI on CMS, then login and you will see whre is the problem.

many time is a XMPP problem / Certificate issue

I logged into CMS ... no "syslog follow" anywhere .

Logs = Event log  or Detailed tracing ???   In detailed tracing, nothging about a syslog ??

if you login via SSH on the CMS than type on the console prompt cms>syslog follow

FYI found that remote users are unable to connect via chrome, Edge, or firefox. 

What are the firewall ports to have open and protocols ?   I been reading up and we are not using Turn or Stun. 

Users can browse to the CMS but when they try join.swa.ds.com as an example, doen't work ??? 

Anyone inside local doesn't have an issue.
