CMS outlook 2010 plugin

we are in the process of rolling out CMS... where can we get the outlook plugin ?

From what I know that is/was included with Acano manager, it's not provided with CMS.

Jaime is correct, it is a product of Acano Manager by VQ Communications, take a look at cisco-meeting-server-acano.

So if the original Revenue for the Acano Manager went from Acano to VQ at the time and Cisco is not supporting Outlook Plug in what should be the proper course of action when a customer requires Outlook scheduling integration? Should we now engage VQ for all CMS management and integration with MS scheduling? I think that is what I have read. I am ok with it just want to be clear.

I will answer my own question since speaking with someone at VQ. They will honor all active service contracts for Acano manager. However if it has expired and you need the Outlook plugin then you will need a separate service agreement with VQ.
