CMS Support Contract

So we purchased our original Acano appliance from 3rd party under a 2 year lease to own agreement.  Maintenance included.  Now we are coming up on the lease and need to maintain support on the server but our Cisco vendor keeps telling us they cant provide smartnet because of the invalid serial number.  How do we maintain support on our CMS server?

Recommend you contact your Cisco Account Manager, they should have someone on their team that specializes in this area and/or is capable of getting the answers you need.
