Can't connect codec plus and quad cam. As soon as I connect the camera port to the codec port, link down.
Flashing the codec and camera, and resetting the devices does not help.
We connected a router with DHCP turned off to the codec port, and connected the camera to the router.
Magic. the camera is detected and the codec uploads the firmware to it.
But as soon as we connect the camera to the codec directly, the AutoPairingManager does not appear in the logs.
With what it can be connected. The camera is connected only through a router ,with off DHCP
All my CS kit deployments where direct connection. Never faced an issue with CS kit direct connection. Make sure you connected as per the CS kit installation guide.
