codian 4200 software

Hi Guys,

Any idea where i can access the codian 4200 mcu software, i can't see it on the ftp.tanderg.com website.

Our mcu is ruuning:

Main software image   

Current version    3.0(1.5)

New image file   

Loader software   

Current version    1.0(0.1)

New image file   

Cisco support don't do version earlier than 4

The earliest release Cisco offer is 4.1

I need access to all versions of 3 to make sure I upgrade in steps before I can upgrade to 4.

I have the same issue for the codian isdn gateway 3241

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

The link provided is for the old tandberg classic mcu. The FTP website doesn't have codian mcu software. I really could do with an answer from Cisco.

There should be no need to install any older software releases than are available on Cisco.com. There is no need to do an 'incremental upgrade', it's perfectly fine to go straight to the latest release. The same is true of the ISDN gateway.
