Codian changing aspect and resolution

For some reason my Codian (4500) is constantly changing the aspect ratio and resolution of the video sent to one of my vc endpoints. I am familiar with the Codians auto adaptivity according to bandwidth, but this is like a rythmic pulse. Every 3 seconds is switches and then back again.

I can't see why this is happening as the network seems high enough quality (low packet loss, jitter and latency, 10Mb/s)

Anyone know why this is happening and the fix, given the network seems ok?

Could you please share some info on your Network Topology ?

What is the Software Version you are running on your MCU and Endpoints?

Is there any QoS implemented in the network ?

What do you see in the event logs on the MCU?
