Por alguna razon en mi sistema no muestra el cuadro de Usuarios y/o seguridad referidos en algunos manuales. Hace falta upgrade de firmware????

Desde la captura de pantalla  y puedo ver que usted  está usando TC3, que es muy, muy viejo. Para  todas las características y  también para la configuración de seguridad  que te refieres, te recomiendo que actualices a la última versión del software que es  TC5. ¿Puede  usted comunicarse en Inglés para que todos puedan ver el  problema que estamos enfrentando  y que ayudaría a los  demás?
