Dears,
we are planning to upgrade expressway to 14.05 knowing that we are running CUCM 12.5
is there any compatibility issue ?

The CSR compatibility matrix only gives you a minium and recommended version.

But there is no maximum supported version.
To answer your question: No general compatibility issue.
