While it does not look like there are built in calls for that, using the REST API interface you may be able to however those specific structures are not outlined in the API document so you would have to have good API programming knowledge and I would say even if you did I would avoid this unless doing it in a lab first. Using undocumented API calls can essentially render an operating system useless if done incorrectly.
I don't believe conductor requires an API key, and it is a free download and install for use with a single bridge, so this could serve as your lab if you really wanted to pursue this.
