Conductor's capacity adjustment question

Jet Huang

Level 1

We have a conductor with two bridges in one pool,

bridge 1 : 8710 - 12 screen licenses

bridge 2 : MM820 - 30 screen licenses

I found that seems unable average allocation of resources.

When there are many meetings, that will appear

bridge 1 : 99%

bridge 2 : 45%

It seems evenly distributed in accordance with the number of meetings, not by currently resources.

Is that normal?

And how can I make it an average allocation of resources?

Thanks.

What software version is your Conductor?

You can can use the conference placement option introduced in Conductor XC4.1 that either selects the conference bridge with the most spare capacity or fewest conferences.  The default is to use the conference bridge with the fewest conferences, refer to the Conductor XC4.1 Release Notes for more information.
